Meet the motivators behind the motivated

Management Team

If you ever wanted to know what the “real deal” looks like, look no further. The leaders at Cleanslate include a few entrepreneurs, mechanics, landscapers, and laborers; private-sector flippers and participants of our parent company Cara; and real roll-up-your-sleeves types whose commitment to our customers is buoyed by their commitment to our mission.

Brady Gott Managing Director

Brady currently oversees Cleanslate Chicago, a social enterprise that creates more than 300 jobs annually for Chicagoans affected by homelessness and poverty. For ten years, Brady has overseen business operations, personnel management, budgeting, quality control, and business expansion consistent with the strategic plan of Cara, Cleanslate’s parent nonprofit. Brady earned a BA in Urban Ministry from Moody Bible Institute and a MBA at the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business. Brady was a 2016 Fellow at the University of Chicago's Civic Leadership Academy. Brady’s first gig: “My first job was bagging and stacking ice in a warehouse that was 27 degrees year-round.”

Ron Holakovsky Operations Director

Ron spent 15 years in the manufacturing industry before joining the team at Cleanslate in 2011. As Operations Director, he oversees the execution of all lines of business, focusing his efforts on diversifying revenue streams through a broad range of service lines and strengthening partnerships with Cleanslate's core customers. He brings 10 years of on-the-ground field experience from his time doing operations at RC Cola to Cleanslate. Ron is also currently enrolled in a Project Management Professional certification program at Villanova University. Ron’s first gig: “My first job was doing large batch prep for RC Cola.”

Sally Gonzalez Director of Business Administration

As Director of Business Administration for Cleanslate, Sally Gonzalez manages the business operations, contracts, finances, and workforce needs of a social enterprise that creates more than 300 jobs annually for Chicagoans affected by homelessness and poverty. Sally has applied over 12 years of business management skills to work behind the scenes in achieving success in issues related to senior housing, immigration rights, and fighting the brutality of poverty. Sally earned a BA in English from the University of Illinois in Chicago. Sally’s side hustle: “I love to be creative and in my downtime – if there is such a thing! – I design flyers and invitations and create party favors.”
